Spacious units featuring two comfy double beds. Comes with everything you need like a coffee table and a cozy living area. Tucked away in a quiet spot, making it a great starting point for exploring around here. 🌲

it offers freshly cooked and warm breakfasts with an option for a la carte. the hotel is in a lovely location to have to travel outside to the spa even though they had changing areas there.

The procession of staff that came to sort out the problems we had were very nice.
There were 2 portable beds in the room that we hadn't asked for when we checked in. The TV and phone didn't work and there was no sugar in the beverage tray. The hotel had the feel of an army barracks from the outside and the lough took some finding.

Its location in Donegal Town was stunning and particularly good, very close to Cedars restaurant which was beautiful and Solis Lough Eske Castle. Btw, we went to see the lake, it was 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Everything. From pulling in to the semi remote driveway to seeing the castle house to the beautiful rooms to the friendly staff people. We got an amazing rate through Booked.net and were told by the staff that it must've been an error. Would have been happy with a price double of what we paid for two. Great food too, one of the best breakfasts we had in Ireland, best dinner too.
It wasn't in my gps' database! Ha, but thankfully Booking gave us the satellite coordinates.

Luxurious, Warm, Cosy, Unpretencious, Excellent staff, Superb Food. We have stayed in other places claiming to be the same level of accommodation and service - Lough Eske have pitched it perfectly. The staff extremely helpful - no false airs or graces. Spa and pool facilities excellent. The best Bar Food we have ever experienced - Our meal in the restaurant was a culinary delight with attentive staff who all knew the contents of every dish. A wine list to suit every pocket and taste. We felt a five star hotel should not have a buffet breakfast -we were wrong. With a chef preparing pancakes, eggs, omelettes etc in front of you and ever refreshed servers always full of hot items
None whatsoever
